Vivansa has been certified to ISO 9001:2015 by the British Assessment Bureau under UKAS accreditation — certificate 273537, valid to 28 May 2029, covering everything we design, deliver and support.

BRUSSELS; May 29, 2026 — We are pleased to announce that Vivansa has been certified to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems, by the British Assessment Bureau. The certificate of registration, number 273537, was issued on 29 May 2026 and runs to 28 May 2029 under UKAS accreditation.

The certified scope is "the design, development, delivery, and support of eCustoms and Global Trade Compliance solutions and related services to private and public sectors" — that is, the whole of what we do for customers, not a department or a product line.

Certification followed a two-stage independent assessment: a Stage 1 review of the management system in April 2026, and a Stage 2 audit of how it actually operates in May 2026, covering context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement. Both stages closed with zero non-conformities.

What this changes for a customer is smaller and more concrete than a badge suggests. It means the way we take a requirement, design and build against it, release it, and support it afterwards is written down, followed, measured, and checked once a year by someone who does not work for us. When something goes wrong, there is a defined route from the defect to the fix to the evidence that it stayed fixed. Our quality objectives — customer satisfaction, resolution time for critical defects, deployment success — are the ones we already lived by; they are now audited.

This matters particularly in public-sector work, where a certified quality management system is often a condition of taking part at all, and in the regulated environments our customers operate in, where our processes become part of their compliance story.

Certification is not a one-off. The system is reassessed annually through to 2029, with the first surveillance audit due in 2027.

You can download the certificate below, or check it directly on the UKAS register — no need to take our copy on trust.
