AvailableExcise Management (eOUI)
The EMCS movement lifecycle, run end to end.
Excise goods move under duty suspension, and every movement has to be declared to the customs authorities through EMCS and followed until it is discharged. eOUI runs that lifecycle: it takes the shipments your ERP already records, files the electronic administrative documents with the national systems, and tracks each one through to its report of receipt. It has done so in production since 2014 — and the automated B2G connectivity we proved here has since been modernised into ViCS Declaration Management.
From your ERP to the authorities
eOUI sits between the two. Your ERP — SAP, typically — pushes its shipments and deliveries straight into eOUI, and each one becomes the excise declaration that gets filed with the authority. No double entry, no re-keying.
Automatic B2G connectivity
Connects directly to the national customs EMCS systems — Luxembourg and Austria today — over automated Business-to-Government channels, so e-ADs reach the authority the moment they’re ready and the ARC comes straight back.
Both directions of EMCS
Dispatch and receipt. Build the full e-AD when you send excise goods out — consignor, consignee, guarantee, transport and goods, validated before it’s filed — and lodge the report of receipt when you take them in. Every movement runs from draft to ARC to closure, with changes of destination and cancellations along the way.
Customs export, and the exceptions
Beyond excise, eOUI also files the related customs export declarations — with amendments, requests for information and right-to-be-heard exchanges — and handles the rejections and reminders that come with any of it. The whole path, not just the happy one.
