Regulatory coverage
What we cover — mapped honestly.
No customs tool covers every regime in every country — and any vendor who says otherwise is selling you the gap. Here's what ViCS delivers today, what's on the way, and what happens at the edges of the map, where Viictor takes over.
At a glance
The obligations, and the service that delivers each.
8 of the 12 regimes below are in production today; the rest are on the roadmap with no firm date. We'd rather show you the honest map than an unqualified “everything”.

Available = running in production today. Coming Soon = on the roadmap, no firm date — if a regime is on your critical path, tell us; it helps us prioritise. Public filing systems (CDS, ICS2, NCTS, EMCS) are named for clarity, not as a limit — ViCS connects to the channels you already file through.
Beyond the map
No single tool is everywhere. That's the whole point.
Every provider's coverage map has an edge — a country it doesn't file in, a regime it doesn't handle yet, a declaration you already lodge through someone else. In a real operation you end up with a patchwork: one tool here, another there.
That patchwork is precisely what Viictor is built for. It connects your data sources and delivers the right data to the right service at the right time — to a ViCS service, or to the tool you already use for that territory. Because ViCS is built by Vivansa, it's natively fed by Viictor out of the box.
So your coverage isn't capped at one vendor's map. Where the table above stops, orchestration carries on. That's the safe path.
-
Inside the map
A ViCS service files it — on a par with the market, over the systems you already run.
-
At the edge of the map
Viictor gets the right data to whichever service handles that territory or regime — so a gap in any one tool isn't a gap in your compliance.
ViCS Goods Accounting has run in production for Inward Processing Relief since 2023, and Excise Management (eOUI) since 2014.
Tell us what you file, and where.
Send us your regimes and territories and the systems you run — we'll map ViCS to your operation, flag where Viictor does the orchestrating, and put a quote together.
